Only people who sign in to your church's account, and each church's records are kept separate from every other church's. Our support staff can look at your records only when they need to help you or keep ECM secure, they must use two-step sign-in, and we keep a record of it. We never sell your information, and there are no ads. You can add a second step to your own sign-in, with a passkey or an authenticator app.

Yes. Someone in Member care can look after your members and attendance but never sees what anyone gave, anywhere in ECM. A Manager sees everything except your list of users and your church's name and address. Only an Administrator can add or remove people.
