See what you've asked and what we answered.
Below the form on the Support page, Your requests lists everything you've sent us. Each shows the subject, the date and whether it's open or closed.
- Choose a request to open it and read what you asked and our answer.
- When we close a request we add our answer to it. If we open it again to keep working on it, it's marked Reopened with the date.
- If our answer didn't solve it, send a new request that mentions the first one.
Replies also come to you by email.
